  • Knowledge graph support: Merlinn now taps into your company's knowledge graph, utilizing past post-mortems, JIRA tickets, Confluence/Notion documents, Slack messages, code files, and more to provide comprehensive insights during incidents. Basically any piece of information you can think of can be uploaded to Merlinn.
